RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing Intune Instruments FZC for your musical needs. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Our Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning guitars purchased through our website www.intuneinstruments.com.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a refund.  Please see below for more information on our Return Policy.

1. Return Eligibility 

You may return a guitar purchased from InTune Instruments FZC within three (3) days from the date of proven delivery, provided that it meets the following conditions:

• The item is in its original condition, including all accessories, original packaging, and documentation.
• The guitar shows no signs of wear, use, or any damage whatsoever
• The return request is initiated within the specified return period

2. Initiation of Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at [info@intuneinstruments.com] with the following information:

• • Order number.
  • Reason for return.
  • Clear photographs of the guitar, including any defects or damage.

We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

3. Return Authorization (RA) Number:

All returns must have a valid RA number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. Any return received without an RA number will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and taxes (if any) associated with the return of the guitar. Intune Instruments FZC is not liable for any damage or loss during the return shipping process.

5. Inspection and Approval:

Once we receive the returned guitar, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process the refund or replacement.

6. Refund Process:

• For returns eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within [15] business days after the approval of the return.
• Refunds do not include the original shipping costs and taxes or duties (if any) incurred by Intune Instruments FZC
• There will be a 5% administration fee on the original invoice value.

7. Replacement Process:

• If you choose a replacement, we will ship the replacement guitar to you within [15] business days after the approval of the return.
• Replacement guitars will be of the same model and specifications as the original purchase.

8. Non-Eligible Returns:

• Guitars purchased from unauthorized dealers or second-hand markets are not eligible for return.
• Returns outside the specified return period will not be accepted.

This Return Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Custom-built instruments cannot be returned and this Return Policy shall not apply.
